Dear Friends, Members, and Supporters,
Today is a time to set aside a quiet moment or more to reflect on all the men and women who have sacrificed their lives in protecting and gaining our freedom. The generations of those before us and the generation of those today deserve this moment from each of us. Their ultimate sacrifice cannot and should not ever be forgotten. Freedom is America’s most valuable possession. We honor all of those who have served, sacrificed, and are on duty today.
Since January of 1991, when enemy missiles were first engaged by deployed U.S. missile defense systems, missile defense has protected and continues to protect the lives of our troops in volatile regions overseas from ballistic missile attacks.
We are honored and proud that missile defense has and is currently playing an active role in protecting the lives of our men and women in the Middle East and in North East Asia.
