December 16, 2009, Iran Successfully Tests Improved Sajil-2 Long-Range Missile

Iran on Wednesday test-fired an upgraded version of its most advanced missile, the Sajil-2, which is estimated to have a firing range of up to 1,200 miles. Iran’s successful missile test means that they are now capable of hitting Israel, U.S. military bases in Gulf, and parts of Europe.
