2019 National Capital Region Air & Missile Defender of the Year

The Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance held its inaugural National Capital Region Air & Missile Defender of the Year Award Ceremony in Alexandria, Virginia on Friday, October 18th, honoring those members of the Florida Army National Guard, 265th Air Defense Artillery Battalion, and New York Air National Guard, 224th Air Defense Group, who operate the NASAMS, Avenger, and Command & Control systems responsible for defending the U.S. National Capital Region.
