Wes’s contributions to America are undeniable in impact from his service to our country in making America stronger through his team leadership from a combat fighter pilot to leading the defense industry base in Missile Defense. 

He is a real Yellowstone man from Gardner, Montana defining toughness, strength, wisdom, courage, gentleness, joyfulness and leadership from his Montana roots that never left him. He is the hunter that went after the prized game conquering the elements and the hunt with ingenuity, teamwork and toughness. 

His legacy is vast and to those he led, his legend is unmarred and untouched in its inner greatness of team building and vision implementation. His contributions to the aerospace and defense industry, particularly his tireless efforts to advance innovation and excellence, have left an indelible mark on all of us who follow in his footsteps. 

His most valued legacy is his beloved wife and children.
