Dr. William R. Van Cleave Graduate Fellowship
The Dr. William R. Van Cleave Fellowship is offered exclusively to students from Missouri State University’s Department of Defense and Strategic Studies. This competitive fellowship provides these Master’s level students a unique opportunity to gain research and advocacy experience while continuing their education. Van Cleave Fellows support MDAA’s communications efforts by conducting research on a variety of issues relating to missile defense. Major General John G. Rossi Military Fellowship
The Major General John G. Rossi Military Fellow is open to current members of the United States armed forces and veterans who exemply the exceptional characteristics of its namesake. MG Rossi Military Fellows collaborate with the MDAA Communications and Government Relations staff on various projects. Rear Admiral Kathleen K. Paige Military Fellowship
The Rear Admiral Kate Paige Military Fellowship is open to veterans and current members of the United States Armed Forces who exemplify the exceptional characteristics of its namesake. RADM Paige Military Fellows work on the MDAA staff to advance our mission of educating the American public about missile defense. Internships
Interns at the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance are given a larger variety of roles and responsibilities than a typical internship. MDAA interns will support Fellows and Directors on a variety of projects including research, writing, social media, congressional outreach, and event planning.
