CAPT (Ret.) Zoah Scheneman has most recently served as Director of Wargames and Exercises at the Navy Warfare Development Center from 2021 to 2022. He also served as Deputy Commodore and later Commodore for Destroyer Squadron TWO SIX from 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021 and commanding officer of Afloat Training Group Norfolk from 2015 to 2018, among other positions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Old Dominion University and a degree from the Naval War College in International Relations and Affairs.
