Russia stations state-of-the-art missile system in Syria after Turkey shot down its jet

Russia on Wednesday stationed one of its most advanced missile system in Syria’s Hmeymim airbase in Latakia.

The video reveals a closer look at the S-400 Triumf missile system that can destroy ballistic missiles within a range of up to 400 kilometres. Through its wide range of rockets and detection range of upto 600 km, the S-400 can shoot down tactical and strategic aircrafts. The missile system is so cutting edge that it can also hit low-flying targets at altitudes from five metres (16 ft) with a flying speed of up to 4.8 kilometres per second (17,280 kph)…
