North Korea Still Using Uranium-Enrichment Facility, U.N. Agency Says

Wall Street Journal:

North Korea is still using a uranium-enrichment facility at the heart of last week’s summit between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the United Nations atomic agency said.

In a quarterly report released Monday, Yukiya Amano, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said a five-megawatt reactor at the Yongbyon nuclear complex that has produced plutonium for North Korea’s nuclear program appeared to have been shut since early December….
