March 7, 2023

Navy Recognition:

The new Iranian ballistic missile has a range of 1,500 kilometers and a speed of Mach 8 and is capable of hitting moving targets with great accuracy. As a result, hostile warships and aircraft carriers located within 1,500 kilometers of the Iranian coastline would no longer be safe.

The Iranian Armed Forces currently have seven medium-range ballistic missiles: Ashoura, Emad, Fajr-3, Ghadr-110, Khorramshahr, Sejjil, and Shahab-3.

The most recent medium-range ballistic missile is the Khorramshahr which was tested in January 2017. This ballistic missile has a mass of 19.5 tons and is 13 meters long, with a diameter of 1.5 meters.
