Poland is currently unable to transfer Patriot missile systems to Ukraine as it is still in the process of receiving the systems it ordered, Polish President Andrzej Duda said on May 14.
“It’s difficult to discuss providing Ukraine with Patriots when we haven’t even fully integrated these systems into Poland’s own air defense needs,” President Duda stated.
The initial elements of the systems, ordered seven years ago, are only now being received by Poland, added Duda.
