Ukraine’s Defense Forces have destroyed a Russian S-300 surface-to-air missile system located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
“On August 2, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out a high-precision strike on Russian military targets in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. Due to the operation, using long-range firepower, a Russian S-300 surface-to-air missile system was destroyed,” the statement says.
