Russia is unable to fulfill the state defense order for Kh-59M2/M2A aviation missiles due to an acute shortage of components and production restrictions.
This is evidenced by the data of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, published in the “Components in Weapons” section of the War&Sanctions portal.
