After nearly seven months from the end of the public comment period for the draft version, the final version of the environmental impact statement, or EIS, for the proposed 360-degree Enhanced Integrated Air and Missile Defense System, or EIAMDS, has finally arrived.
The U.S. Army and the Missile Defense Agency will wait at least 30 days after the publication before deciding on an action.
