Lockheed Martin has received a potential $173.7M contract to help the U.S. Army integrate the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense and Patriot Advanced Capability Missile Segment Enhancement systems.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says Lockheed’s missiles and fire control business will also design and implement an updated Fire Solution Computer software and architecture and carry out software development activities related to the Launcher Internet Network Kit.
The company will also perform a trade study to evaluate the potential use of a THAAD launcher to fire a PAC-3 MSE missile as part of the service’s Patriot Launch on Remote development initiative.
