The Indo-Pacific Air and Missile Defender of the Year Awards was created in 2011 by The Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance and recognizes exceptional individuals for their superior performance in missile and air defense. This award acknowledges a member for their outstanding contributions from each branch of the United States Armed Forces, that currently deploys a U.S. missile defense system. They are truly an inspiration to their subordinates, peers, and superiors.
