Dear Members and Friends,

The past year has been one of record-breaking accomplishments for our Alliance. MDAA has broken new ground in the number, the diversity and quality of our events around the world, increasing partnerships domestically and globally for missile defense. Together, we have achieved a level of consensus, recognition and enthusiasm for the development of deployment of missile defense systems not seen in a decade.

We have compiled a brief report on MDAA’s activities in 2014 for your review.

Now we bring in the New Year and look to the future. In 2015, MDAA will continue expanding the scope of our advocacy activities, including new events with U.S. and allied missile defenders across the country and globe. Missile Defense is evolving to include integrated Air and Missile Defense, increased partnership capability and capacity between our joint services and our allies around the world, as well as working together with the “left of launch” elements to prevent and deter the threat.

Mission Statement

MDAA’s mission is to make the world safer by advocating for the development and deployment of missile defense systems to defend the United States, its armed forces and its allies against missile threats.

MDAA is the only organization in existence whose primary mission is to educate the American public about missile defense issues and to recruit, organize, and mobilize proponents to advocate for the critical need of missile defense. We are a non-partisan membership-based and membership-funded organization that does not advocate on behalf of any specific system, technology, architecture or entity.
