Raytheon (RTX) Wins $51M FMS Deal to Modify AMRAAM System

Raytheon Technologies Corp.’s RTX Missiles and Defense segment recently clinched a modification contract to procure and upgrade test environment/equipment for Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM) production capacity. Work related to the deal will be executed in Tucson, AZ.

Valued at $51.1 million, the contract has been awarded by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, and is scheduled to be completed by January 2025.

The agreement will serve foreign nations including Norway, Denmark, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Slovakia, Poland, Netherlands, Kuwait, Qatar, and Spain…
