FORT SILL, Okla._Fort Sill held a deployment Monday morning for the 31st Air Defense Artillery Brigade.
The unit of about 80 service members is bound for Southwest Asia and will focus on air and missile defense operations. Brigadier General Christopher Spillman told the group they were headed to a rough region where things can get worse, quickly.
After words of advice and encouragement, Brig. Gen. Spillman ended his speech by saying, “Team Sill. Oklahoma pride. Fire strong.”
