IRGC Chief Salami Says Iranian Missiles Leave No Safe Spot for Enemy’s Aircraft Carriers

Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami has warned enemies against approaching Iran’s borders, claiming there is no safe zone for hostile aircraft carriers within or outside of Iran’s territorial waters.

Salami made his comments on Thursday in a ceremony dedicated to Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam, who is often praised as the father of Iran’s missile program.

“Regarding the successful installation of ballistic missiles into the [IRGC] speedboats, the enemy’s aircraft carriers will no longer be safe in any spot,” the general said.
