The May 30, 3018 Government Accountability Office report on the $180 billion Ballistic Missile Defense System found that while MDA continues to deliver missile defense assets to the military services, some system-level capabilities, including some discrimination and cyber defense enhancements, “were delayed and delivered with performance limitations.”
