Gray DC:
WASHINGTON (Gray DC) — Washington Bureau Chief Jacqueline Policastro sat down with President Donald Trump inside the Oval Office Tuesday. Their off the record meeting took place just a few hours after President Trump met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
While that meeting — and President Trump’s negotiating style — are in the spotlight, there are also important discussions happening outside the White House.
Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colo.) is the co-chair of the Congressional Missile Defense Caucus. He supports creating a united front with South Korea. “And a strong front for these meetings to be successful,” said Lamborn. Lamborn tells us he wants our military to bolster U.S. missile defenses.
