NHK: N. Korea May Be Readying Ballistic Missile Test on its East Coast

February 5, 2016

KBS World Radio:

Amid preparations for a rocket launch in North Korea, Japanese public broadcaster NHK has reported signs of another set of preparations for a ballistic missile test on North Korea’s east coast.

NHK cited an unnamed diplomatic source who said it was confirmed that mobile missile launchers carrying ballistic missiles were seen moving near the region.

The source reportedly told NHK that this could be a sign indicating that Pyongyang is readying for a ballistic missile test.

The report comes after the regime told international agencies earlier this week that it would launch a space rocket this month in the direction of the Yellow Sea.
