Overt Defense

The United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense announced on 7 November the signing of a contract worth over £4 billion for the next phase of Poland’s NAREW mid-tier air defense system.

According to missile manufacturer MBDA, the contract between it and the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) concludes the terms of transfer of key knowledge and technologies to PGZ, enabling the implementation of executive contracts for the latter’s manufacturing of over 1,000 MBDA Common Anti-Air Modular Missile – Extended Range (CAMM-ER) and over 100 iLaunchers for the missiles.
