Raytheon Lands $175M Qatar Air, Missile Defense Operations Contract

Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has received a $175,081,326 contract from the U.S. Air Force to install Qatar’s air and missile defense operations center through a foreign military sales program.

The award represents the second phase of the contract and Raytheon will also work to integrate air and missile systems into the center, the Defense Department said Monday.

The company will perform work at Tewksbury in Massachusetts and Qatar through Feb. 28, 2022.
