Ukraine and France have held talks on advancing joint defense industry projects, including potential financing through European mechanisms. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on November 12.
Deputy Defense Minister Serhii Boiev met with Colonel Frédéric Bal, France’s Defense Armament Attaché, and Thomas Moreau, Head of the Representative Office of the French Land and Air-Land Defense and Security Industries Association in Ukraine.
