Want China Times:

China showed off two of its new medium-range ballistic missiles during the Sept. 3 parade in Beijing to mark the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II, reports the China Youth Daily, the official newspaper of the Communist Youth League.

People watching the parade were informed that the DF-26 intermediate-range ballistic missile can be used against medium-sized warships like cruisers and destroyers as well as large military facilities in the central Pacific, suggesting that the missiles could be used against the US Navy’s Arleigh Burke-class destroyers in a conflict over the disputed East China or South China seas.

The assembled crowd was also told that a second missile that was paraded past Tiananmen Square, the DF-21D anti-ship ballistic missile, has an attack range of 2,700 kilometers and could be used to enforce a blockade against the United States and its allies in the Western Pacific.
